Choosing the right line
Which conveyor do I need if I have a loading dock?
A telescopic roller conveyor. For sites with a loading dock where the trailer floor sits level with the platform, and for flat in-plant transport.
Which conveyor works when I load from the ground with no dock?
A hydraulic lift & incline conveyor. For ground-level loading without a loading dock.
When should I choose a belt conveyor instead of rollers?
When the package mix is irregular. Built for express and logistics parks and cargo with mixed package types and sizes; works with or without a loading dock.
What vehicle sizes do your conveyors cover?
Suits all vehicle body types below 17.5 m semi-trailers, and handles both light and heavy cargo. Coverage refers to body lengths up to 17.5 m semi-trailers; vehicles outside that range are reviewed case by case.
Do I need a dock for the belt conveyor?
No. No-dock setup: mobile high stand + hydraulic lift arm + front operator platform + tail incline line; one operator per end.
Widths, surfaces & dimensions
What widths are available on roller conveyors?
Standard widths 50 / 60 / 80 cm; custom 1 m, 1.2 m or wider.
How do I choose the roller surface?
Rubber-coated rollers for bagged cargo (woven, sack, kraft bags); bare rollers for flat-bottom cartons, foam boxes and totes.
What widths and extension does the belt conveyor offer?
Standard widths 60 / 80 cm; custom 1 m. Extends 6 m to 12 m.
How high can the hydraulic unit lift, and how steep is the incline?
Platform lifts from ground level 40 cm to 95 cm; incline section 3 m; max working height 2.4 m.
How do I pick between the hydraulic model sizes?
Three sizes (small / medium / heavy) matched to vehicle type; front telescopic roller line up to 15 m (custom extended build).
What load capacity is available?
Load capacity is 80 kg per metre of conveyor for standard belt and roller lines. Single items are best kept within 80–100 kg; items of 100–150 kg can be handled with a reinforced custom build, and any single item above 120 kg requires separate engineering review. Bagged cargo must be conveyed on rubber-coated rollers or a belt surface; on roller lines the minimum item length is about 10 cm so pieces do not fall between rollers.
What conveying speed can the equipment achieve?
Conveyor speed is adjustable via a frequency inverter, up to 40 m/min; bidirectional conveying is available. The applicable operating range for your model is confirmed with the configuration.
Custom build & production
Are these standard products or custom builds?
Each unit is a non-standard custom build to your site dimensions; long lines are built in sections and retract compactly when not in use.
What warranty applies?
Warranty is per component: 12 months on the frame and 6 months on the belt.
How many operators does a belt conveyor need?
No-dock setup: mobile high stand + hydraulic lift arm + front operator platform + tail incline line; one operator per end. Staffing also depends on your layout, volumes and safety rules; it is confirmed with your configuration.
Can I review drawings before production?
For standard equipment a configuration drawing can be provided at the quotation stage. For non-standard custom builds, drawings are issued after the order is confirmed, and production starts only once you have approved the drawings. After production has started, design changes can no longer be accepted.
How long does production take?
Standard production lead time is 7–10 working days for roller lines and hydraulic lift conveyors, and 10–15 working days for telescopic belt conveyors. Custom builds typically take 10–15 working days (roller / hydraulic) or 15–25 working days (belt), depending on complexity. Counting starts the day after prepayment is received; lead time covers manufacture only and excludes transport time, which is quoted separately. The figure for your order is restated in the quotation or order confirmation.
Shipping & delivery
Can long conveyor systems be shipped in sections?
Yes. Each unit is a non-standard custom build to your site dimensions; long lines are built in sections and retract compactly when not in use.
How is my unit shipped and how long does delivery take?
Standard production lead time is 7–10 working days for roller lines and hydraulic lift conveyors, and 10–15 working days for telescopic belt conveyors. Custom builds typically take 10–15 working days (roller / hydraulic) or 15–25 working days (belt), depending on complexity. Counting starts the day after prepayment is received; lead time covers manufacture only and excludes transport time, which is quoted separately. Transport time is quoted separately and depends on your destination and the equipment size. See Shipping & Delivery.
What information is required for a shipping quotation?
Shipping cost depends on the shipment dimensions, weight, destination, delivery terms and transport method. The shipping scope is confirmed as part of the quotation.
What installation support is available?
Every order includes online setup guidance and operating tutorials, with configuration drawings where applicable; on-site installation, on-site commissioning and acceptance are not included and are available at additional cost. Shipments come with a packing list and an English operation manual. Rental is not offered — finished equipment is sold only.
Quotation
Is there a minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 1 unit.
What information do I need before I ask for a quote?
Dock height or confirmation that you load from the ground, your vehicle mix and longest body length, whether you handle 20 ft or 40 ft containers, cargo type and typical piece weight, required reach into the vehicle, available power supply, and the space the unit may occupy when parked.
Can I request a recommendation if I do not know which model I need?
Yes. Start with your loading conditions, cargo requirements and site information. Our team can review the requirements and identify the equipment options that warrant further technical assessment.
Can you integrate with conveyors I already run?
Often. Send the height, width and infeed position of your existing line and we will check compatibility against the proposed configuration.
